Join YouTube.com. You'll be asked for some basic personal information.

Follow the instructions for editing and uploading your video to YouTube. Once it is uploaded, view your video. Hit the 'Edit Video Info' button on your Videos page.

In 'Edit Video Info', make sure that you enable external websites [that's us!] to embed and play your video by checking the radio button highlighted below in yellow. Then copy* the embed code from your YouTube page.

Come back to us then as you're now ready to fill in the form at the top of this page! We'll ask for your embed code [just paste* it!] and some other details, so that we can review your video and, if suitable, add it to the Activities Gallery.
